Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Dusty. Noisy. Outdoors. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Supervision. Residential. Construction site. Tasks: Prepare and submit reports. Oversee safety of operations. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Load, unload and transport construction materials. Establish work schedules. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Supervisory Experience. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting. Supervision: 3-4 people. Working groups. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Driveways. Roofing. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding.
