Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Urban area. Various locations. Rural area. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. Construction specialization: Sidewalks and curbs. Poured concrete. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Tools. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player.
