If you?re looking for a fast-paced environment where you can learn a ton, and realize your potential, then what you?re really looking for is a job with us. *Property Accountant* We?re looking for an eager Property Accountant to join our growing company! *Job Duties & Responsibilities* This position will not only provide exposure and hands on responsibilities within the finance team, you?ll gain valuable insight on business operations while working in a stimulating and supportive environment. Your work will vary from week to week, and will include a variety of finance tasks including: * Full Cycle Property Accounting * Monthly bank reconciliations * Monthly accruals * Resolving issues with accounts payable and receivable items * Ensuring financial statements are posted on time for approximately 50 properties per month Depending on the time of the year, you may be doing a variety of tasks. Flexibility and a knack for multitasking are critical to the success of this position. *Skills & Experience Required* * Experience using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software * Speak read and write English fluently * Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude * 2 + years accounting related experience within a business environment * Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion * Strong written communication skills *WHY JOIN US?!* * Great work environment * In this small team, each member is valued for their contributions and efforts. * We are growing!!
