Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Understand the purpose, proper usgage and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS). Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures. Operate power vibrators to compact concrete. Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification. Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement. Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces. Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools. Type of heavy equipment operated: Backhoe excavator, loader. Caterpillar (CAT) controls. John Deere controls. Grader. Loader. Compactor. Operate forklift. Front end loader. Dump truck. Gravel or dump truck. Bobcats. Equipment and machinery experience: Skidsteer. Area of work experience: Asphalt finishing. Excavation. Sloping and banking. Snow removal. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
