Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations. Ensure compliance with government regulations. Co-ordinate project. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. Tablet computer. Type of related experience: Architecture. Architectural specialization: Site inspections. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
