Reflections Hair Salon is seeking an *experienced full-time stylist* *Responsibilities:* - Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling - Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences - Recommend and sell retail hair care products to clients - Upsell additional salon services to enhance the client experience - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Flexible, must be available some evenings and weekends. We are open on Sundays and Mondays. *Experience:* - Previous experience as a hair stylist is required - Licensed or working towards license - Strong retail sales skills and ability to upsell salon products - Proficient in a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques and trends for men an women, including but not limited to balayge, perms, keratin treatments, mens and womens cuts. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to perform a thorough consultation. - Salary to be discussed and based on experience We offer: *Generous pay and/or commission. *Continued education with Wella Join our team of talented hair stylists and showcase your creativity while providing exceptional service to our clients.
