Askuity?s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.<br><br>As a Supplier Engagement Business Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert for an assigned department of suppliers within the Supplier Analytics Program. You are tasked with managing onboarding, improving data-literacy, and driving collaboration between THD suppliers and merchants, utilizing the data and tools of the program. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of retail analytics and can leverage that knowledge to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal THD teams and external suppliers. If you are a great communicator, passionate about producing top-notch work, providing great end-user experiences, and constantly improving your skills, we want to hear from you. <br><br><b>What you will do</b><ul><li>Drive user engagement by identifying opportunities to help suppliers generate, interpret, and present analytical data and actionable insights</li><li>Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program</li><li>Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to internal & external partners at all levels</li><li>Liaise with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Product, Support) to build relationships, troubleshoot, and advocate for suppliers? needs</li><li>Develop scalable learning modules centered around THD analytics to drive data literacy and actionable insights</li><li>Execute projects with merchandising partners to align suppliers with reporting expectations leading to improved business results</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the user?s experience</li><li>Manage & report on KPIs such as usage, satisfaction, and business results at the department level</li></ul><br><b>What you should have</b><ul><li>Corporate retail, merchandising, supply chain, or retail technology Customer Success experience</li><li>Vendor management and/or client engagement experience</li><li>Analyst-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and Salesforce (preferred)</li><li>Data-driven with a proven record of identifying actionable insights to drive business impact</li><li>Excellent communication; able to collaborate with all levels of an organization</li><li>Critical thinking, resourcefulness, and attention to detail</li><li>Active team player with a desire to collaborate, problem-solve, and strategize in order to contribute to the success of the entire team</li><li>Continuous learner with a customer-centric mindset</li></ul><br><b>What We Offer</b><ul><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance and more</li><li>Access to a top-up for both parental and maternity leave for up to 18 months</li><li>RRSP, DPSP, Success Sharing and/or Management Incentive Plan, stock purchase plan</li><li>Tuition, professional development, and health & wellness reimbursement</li><li>Work from home flexibility</li><li>3 weeks of vacation plus 5 personal days to start</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>
