Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process and enter complicated and technical customer orders and quotes
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving billing issues
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems to update customer information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette, actively listening to customers' needs, and providing appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
