SUMMARY:
Based in Ontario. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory through strategic planning and relationship building.
The Territory Manager will oversee all sales activities for Canada Powertrain in Ontario. They strive to drive results within the territory thru our wholesale distribution. With understanding of sales process, the Territory Sales Manager will have influence on delivering the budget for their assigned territory. In addition, this position is responsible for growth of the territory through support of business development.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for managing our wholesale customers within a specific territory.
Calling on the management of our wholesale customers to promote our Canada Powertrain parts and service offering.
Responsible for forecasting and achieving set sales goals and objectives of the assigned territory.
· Customers calls to solicit sales.
· Develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen and to understand the customer; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
· Recommends and coordinates marketing and product training to the customer with the assistance of the Sales Manager, Product & Marketing Manager & Vendors.
Recommends Open House assistance and coordinates with Canada Powertrain management & Vendors.
Reports information from the territory to the Sales manager, including potential new customers, competition activity and market pricing etc.
Supports the implementation of approved corporate policies, practices, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong inter-personal skills and proven abilities to be a team player to work in cross-functional teams across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
EDUCATION:
Business-related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Five years of experience in operations or sales
Heavy duty industry experience, preferred.

Approximately 75% of time will be travel related.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Plus Monthly commission.
