*Requirements:* * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience * Must have a G2 Gas License and 313 license * Must have a minimum of 2 years direct experience in HVAC units repair and maintenance * Valid G driver's license, satisfactory driver's abstract and access to a vehicle * Strong prospecting and proven ability to meet or exceed targets * Passionate about sales/customer service * Drive for results and very customer oriented * Flexibility; must be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced * Available Monday to Friday daytime and Saturdays occasionally *Responsibilities:* * Operate, maintain, and repair all gas equipment used for heating, cooling, and ventilation mainly for domestic purposes, this includes operation of Hot Water Tanks as well * Refrigeration system installation as per applicable codes * Hot gas and TX valve adjustments * Refrigeration system troubleshooting & repairs * Communicate refrigeration issues and solutions with associates * Understands programmable controls and is computer literate * Trouble shooting Roof Top Air Conditioning heating units and Boilers * Document the work done and recommendations * Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems * Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services * Travel to customers' homes within the time frames provided by the office * Perform cleaning/repair work as per the work order * Invoice the customer and collect payment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * On-site parking * Profit sharing * Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Overtime pay Licence/Certification: * driver's license (preferred) * Gas (preferred) * air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
