Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury Litigsation team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our legal department. Duties: - Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings - Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates - Manage attorney calendars and deadlines - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism - Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions Experience: - Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Proficiency in proofreading legal documents for accuracy - Strong administrative skills including filing, organizing, and record-keeping - Ability to write clearly and concisely - Clerical skills such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies - Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the legal field and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
