Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team
Qualifications:
- College or University diploma/degree preferred but not necessary
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles necessary
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics
