Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Represent their respective organizations for the purpose of government liaison and media relations. Resolve conflict situations. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Supervision: More than 20 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Overtime required. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
