You need to be comfortable with outbound calling, connecting with customers to establish a relationship, and bringing equipment to customers for demonstrations.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate has an impressive track record of closing sales in a similar industry and excellent negotiation and communication skills. While we highly value candidates with a degree in a business-related field, we are equally open to considering applicants with extensive sales experience, recognizing the invaluable expertise they bring to our team.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Proactively source and cultivate new leads to expand the customer base.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Conduct diligent follow-ups on leads to acquire new customers and sustain growth.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Utilize advanced negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure long-term partnerships.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain regular communication with existing customers to understand and address their evolving needs.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Facilitate on-site demonstrations by travelling with specialized equipment via truck and trailer.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Represent the company at occasional trade shows, showcasing equipment and engaging with potential clients.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Leverage CRM software to enhance customer retention strategies and optimize client relationships.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the management team as deemed necessary.</strong></p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Minimum of 3 years of sales
