Clean and disinfect elevators. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Clean changing rooms and showers. Work with minimal supervision. Perform safety and security checks. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Supervision: Light duty cleaners. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Steam cleaners. Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Polishing machines. Carpet cleaning machine. Waxing machine. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Walking. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
