<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Ansatel Communications Ontario is a leading provider in communications and networking technology.<br />Ansatel Communications has over 20 years of experience providing the best communications and IT solutions.</p><p>This full time position is located in Toronto and GTA.</p><p>Brief Job Description: We are looking for Experienced Structured Cable Technicians that can work well in retail/commercial and warehouse environments.<br />Duties may include setting ground cables, working on poles, installing equipment, and troubleshooting any problems with the cable system.<br />The cable system of Clients are located in various places therefore the work environment can be inside and outside.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p><span class="long-word">CAT6/CAT5/Fibre/Cable</span> pulling in <span class="long-word">Commercial/Industrial/Residential</span><br />Cleaning the work area and equipment<br />Installing cable support structures<br />Removing redundant cabling<br />Build closets (mount and install backboards, cross connects, racks, patch panels, fibre optic and hardware)<br />Route cable through buildings and workstations<br />Recording time and material used on job sites<br />Finishing <span class="long-word">plates/termination/testing/labelling</span><br />Installation of EMT pipe<br />Aluminum molding<br />Perform other tasks as required<br />Installation of <span class="long-word">Telecom/Network/Alarm/Cameras</span><br />Interact with customers<br />Communicate with dispatch, technicians and the Project Manager<br />Accept responsibility and ownership of their assigned work<br />Responsible for tools and assets provided by the company<br />Operating vehicles, lifts, ladders, and test equipment<br />Travel to and from sites</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Valid G license<br />Must provide a clean driver's abstract<br />Must be able to work in all weather conditions<br />Must be physically fit, including ability to safely lift heavy objects and tools and to perform hand digging as necessary<br />Must be able to carry and climb a twenty eight foot extension ladder weighing 80 pounds<br />Must be well organized<br />Positive attitude & good communication skills<br />Must be able to work on a ladder<br />A team player that supports co-workers<br />Must be able to read Blue Prints</p></div></div>- LocationToronto, ON
