<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare shipments by packaging parts according to company procedures and customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation requirements.</li><li>Load and unload pallets onto various types of trucks, maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency throughout the process.</li><li>Pick and assemble part kits for shipment, accurately filling out quality certification documents and ensuring adherence to customer requirements.</li><li>Receive goods from vendors, verify counts and inspect for damage, and stock inventory in designated locations.</li><li>Facilitate communication between departments to ensure order accuracy and timely processing, demonstrating effective interpersonal and coordination skills.</li><li>Perform general plant maintenance tasks, including cleaning, snow shoveling, grass cutting, and light bulb replacement, to uphold a safe and organized work environment.</li><li>Operate a tow motor/forklift as needed, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in optimal condition.</li><li>Drive company vehicles for local drop-offs and pickups, maintaining a valid G License with a clean driving abstract.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and practices, including security assessments for Controlled Goods Registered facilities.</li></ul><p><strong><span class="long-word">Qualifications/Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.</li><li>Valid G License with a clean driving abstract is mandatory.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English.</li><li>Ability to interpret documents for accurate shipping/receiving of inventory, demonstrating attention to detail.</li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Previous experience in shipping & receiving, manufacturing, and forklift operation preferred.</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for continuous periods of time.</li><li>Willingness to undergo security assessments, including police records checks, for Controlled Goods Registered facilities.</li></ul></div></div>
