This opening is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in a challenging and high profile environment where they can play an important role to reduce fraud against Bell customers and assets. The job requires an individual who is open to change, has strong business acumen and is results-oriented. As such, the candidate must be able to manage change while working efficiently in a collaborative environment.Under the direction of the Sr Developer Data Engineering, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering automation processes related to anti-fraud operations in collaboration with the engineering team. In addition, the candidate will monitor and support existing data analytical processes, complete tests on systems and applications and provide training to end users on the Anti-Fraud Center tools.Job duties / AccountabilitiesDesign and develop business process documentation in agile manner that will be used as reference by developer teams for automation leveraging RPA and/or ETL technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau and PythonCommunicate openly with developer teams on a daily basis, ensuring development work is completed with speed and accuracy Support developer teams in coding efforts by providing and auditing test casesAssist with quality assurance monitoring after process automation launch and/or following IT deployments impacting existing process automationAssess and identify impacts of IT/project deployments to existing process automation in timely manner prior to deployments, while updating business process documentation as required to meet changing business needsPerform deep dives into business processes in efforts to optimize operational efficiency and/or improve customer experience; present findings to management and then coordinate with cross functional teams to execute recommendationsDevelop best practices for process automationTrack and communicate process automation status updates to teamEvaluate and prioritize new data & automation request Identify new opportunities to apply automation and new fraud detection strategiesCreate and modify reports/queries based on internal customer requirementsDevelop and maintain reference documents for internal customersWork according to agile methodology to deliver value faster to internal customers while keeping in consideration the evolving requirements drives by the ever-changing field of fraudBuild and maintain strong collaboration with the Fraud Operation teams answering user requests and application supportFoster workplace culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and critical thinkingEssential qualifications / CompetenciesBusiness analyst expertiseKnowledge of database query language SQL, a test will be administratedKnowledge of different database technologies (such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS, Teradata, etc.)Experience with RPA technologies (such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath, etc.), a test will be administratedStrong analytical competenciesIntermediate level of MS office tools (Excel & Powerpoint)Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines and ensure effective
