Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Inspect structural and mechanical systems of aircraft and ensure that these systems meet Transport Canada and company standards of performance and safety. Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems. Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems. Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports. Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble. Perform and document routine maintenance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CAMC Aircraft Maintenance Technician Certification. Aircraft experience: Small piston airplane. Small turboprops. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Screening questions: Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. Experience: Experience an asset.
