South, London, ON N6E 3Y1)<p>Under the<p>direction of the Supervisor(s) of Maintenance, perform work in accordance with<p>the appropriate designation as recognized by the Ministry of Skills and<p>Development. This involves the maintenance, repair, installation, and<p>construction of structures, fixtures, and equipment throughout the school<p>board sites.<p>Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of<p> one (1) to three (3) years Carpenter experience<p> 403A<p> carpenter certification<p> 259L Locksmith<p> certification preferred or willing to train<p> Design,<p> construct, repair, modify, install, service, maintain, dismantle<p> structures, furnishings, and equipment<p> Perform<p> other duties as related to concrete laying, dry walling and floor<p> covering, locksmithing, glass replacement and millwork<p> Maintain<p> electronic database for locksmithing, key cutting, door hardware service<p> Install<p> and maintain a Master Keying System<p> Repair,<p> install and maintain locks on cabinets, lockers, and doors<p> Repair<p> panic bars and other exit hardware<p> Repair and<p> replace tumblers, springs, and other lock parts<p> Adjust and<p> maintain door systems<p> Perform<p> other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skill as<p> required <p>Start Date: ASAP Job<p>Type: Permanent Salary range: $32.58 to $35.57 <p> (Commensurate with experience)<p>Applications must include a cover letter and a resume, documented proof of qualifications, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your immediate supervisor. <p>The<p>London District Catholic schools exist to provide an educational atmosphere<p>which fosters and directs the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social<p>growth of all our students to enable them to live and contribute as responsible<p>Catholics in any society.
