Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Viticulture. Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Outdoors. Harvest crops. Tree and orchard fruit. Vineyard. Tasks: Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Manage overall operation of farm. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Tie and secure plants. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Supervision: 16-20 people. Type of crops: Apples. Grapes. Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Sprayer or duster. Tractor. Truck. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment.
