Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures. * Cater to clients by providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and offering advice. * Prepare orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Possess strong knowledge about animal nutrition to answer customer questions and provide recommendations. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service or retail role. * Knowledgeable about animal nutrition. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * A passion for animal welfare and a background in the pet food sector would be advantageous.
