Description PeaceHealth is seeking a RN - Hospice House for a Part Time, 0.70 FTE, Evening position . The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $40.09 - $76.12. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc. Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available. This position is responsible for providing direct skilled nursing care and coordination/management of patients admitted to hospice/clinic services using considerable judgment and skill in making patient care decisions. Utilizes the professional healthcare process of assessment, problem identification/planning/intervention and clinical/goal outcome evaluation.- LocationVancouver, BC
