Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Train or arrange for training of crew. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. Set up machines. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Requisition materials and supplies. Program CNC machine tools.
