Job details
The position provides accounting support services, information, and exceptional customer service to managers and staff.Duties include but not limited to reconciliation and input of revenue and refunds, verifying and processing a variety of accounts payable/receivable transactions (petty cash replenishments, travel and hospitality claims, payment of billing documents, journal vouchers); identifying, assessing and recommending solutions to problems; provide routine advice, training and information to managers and staff regarding general accounting practices and computerized financial applications; producing financial reports; identifying variances and taking corrective action; maintaining financial files, records and logs; and ensuring compliance with Agency, Treasury Board policies and directives, and guidelines.- LocationCornwall, ON
