Job details
Note that you will be required to work virtually from your residence with the exception of court appearances during which your presence in person will be required. Most times you will be required to attend the Sydney Cape Breton Courthouse, located at 136 Charlotte Street, Suites #1 and #2, Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 1C3 or other courthouses in Cape Breton but you may be asked to attend other courthouses throughout the region. Counsel will be expected to prosecute all files within the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. Due to the nature of these files court appearances can arise on short notice.- LocationSydney, NS
