Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Collect blood, tissue or other samples from patients. Log patient samples and prepare them for testing. Set up medical laboratory equipment. Conduct routine laboratory tests and sample analyses. Clean and maintain medical laboratory and laboratory equipment. Conduct quality control assessment of testing techniques. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive tasks. Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
