Its ability to see projects through from land preparation to final development allows it to provide complete turn-key service from start to finish. *Job description* The ideal candidate will have a solid construction / Real Estate accounting background, be detailed oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills. Having experience using real estate accounting software is an asset. *Duties*: · Prepare year-end working paper files and draft financial statements for external accountants review · Prepare corporate tax returns · Prepare trust returns · Ad hoc duties as assigned *Expected start date:* · TBD *Job Type:* · Full-time *Benefits*: * Dental, vision and medical benefits * Health spending account * On-site parking * Paid time off * Retirement benefit plan *Schedule*: * Work from office role * Monday to Friday * 9am-5pm *Experience*: * Construction / Real Estate Accounting: 2 years (preferred) * Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook * Familiarity and working knowledge with construction accounting software.
