<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and efficient Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our President / CEO in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, with a hybrid work model.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Efficiently manage the President/CEO's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and detailed correspondence management.</li><li>Coordinate all travel arrangements for the President/CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.</li><li>Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives under the direction of the President/CEO.</li><li>Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests from the President/CEO with professionalism and efficiency.</li><li>Proactively anticipate the needs of the President/CEO and identify opportunities to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.</li><li>Embrace a hybrid work model, balancing in-office and remote work as required to fulfill job responsibilities.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.</li><li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven proficiency in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Occasional flexibility in work hours, including weekends, early mornings, or evenings, per the President/CEO's schedule or travel requirements.</li><li>A valid driver's license</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Benefits:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Based salary plus bonus ranges from $60k to $72k</li><li>Employee health benefits</li><li>Retirement savings plan and paid time off</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>Mr. Mow It All Corp. is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
