*Key Responsibilities:*
Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on global immigration policies and their impact on recruiting.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and required candidate profiles.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Provide guidance to candidates on interview procedures and requirements.
Manage recruitment databases and tracking systems.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities.
*Other responsibilities:*
Assist to find qualified Canadian employers and build up relationship with them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners or managers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
*Qualifications:*
Mandatory fluency in English.
At least 2 years of recruiting or HR experience is required.
Energetic, driven, and customer-service-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
Proven success in B2B with a track record of achievements
Cold calling experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and Monday.com.
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
Highly organized
Takes initiative to learn new skills and improve administrative processes.
Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.75-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
