Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals. Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office.
