?Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
?Develop recruitment policies and strategies that ensure equal opportunity employment.
?Lead the recruitment and selection process, including developing programs to retain and boost employee morale.
?Provide recruiting assistance, screen and assess candidates, and select the most qualified individuals. Maintain relationships with employment agencies.
?Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Prepare termination and severance letters.
?Implement and administer employee policies to promote positive relations and manage performance-related issues. Implement changes to increase productivity.
?Develop and manage the staff review process.
?Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records, including updating relevant legal documents.
?Be well-versed in laws and regulations regarding hiring, firing, and employment.
?Manage training and employee development programs.
?Develop and manage staff orientation tools.
?Oversee HR budgeting and metrics.
?Develop reports to manage and analyze data from all HR representatives.
?Work closely with management on staffing and organizational development.
?Negotiate collective agreements and manage job classification and salary brackets.
?Develop, review, or improve employee programs.
?Report back to senior management with an overview of personnel activities.
?Ensure excellent communication skills throughout the HR department.
?Proficiency in HR policies and procedures, with significant knowledge of the hiring process and current regulations.
?Strong understanding of best practices in HR, conflict management, and decision-making.
?Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
?Proficiency in software tools like MS Office and Google Docs.
?Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
?A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in effective leadership and HR practices.
?Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR practices, with a commitment to applying these effectively within the organization.
?Exceptional communication skills, facilitating clear and impactful interactions at all organizational levels.
?Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
?Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes in discussions and agreements.
?Ability to multitask efficiently, managing various projects and responsibilities simultaneously without compromising on quality.
?Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
?A strong devotion to ethics, upholding integrity and transparency in all HR practices and decisions.
?A hands-on approach to teamwork and problem-solving, engaging directly with challenges and leading by example.
?SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or HRCI (HR Certification Institute) certification is a plus, showcasing recognized professional achievement in human resources.?Experience with ADP is a plus
