*Role Summary*
VisionUp Canada Inc is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant, primarily focusing on logistics and order management aspects of the business. This role is integral for candidates who are not only passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining professional relationships but are also deeply involved in the logistical operations, including monitoring order statuses and purchase order statuses with manufacturers. If you are detail-oriented and fluent in Mandarin, with a keen interest in logistics coordination, such as scheduling truck pickups, your contribution will be pivotal to our sales team's success.

Best Buy Canada / Costco Canada / Amazon.ca / Walmart Canada / Staples Canada, etc.
*Essential Functions and Basic Duties*
* Take charge of our logistics and order management process, closely tracking both order statuses and purchase order statuses directly with manufacturers to ensure everything is on track.
* Handle incoming sales inquiries and process orders with precision, utilizing various communication channels such as phone, fax, email, and digital platforms.
* Promptly acknowledge every order, checking critical details like pricing, discounts, and delivery addresses, and swiftly deal with any concerns to keep our customers in the loop.
* Navigate through product allocation challenges during shortages and proactively keep tabs on ongoing sales efforts to seize every opportunity.
* Maintain meticulous records of all communications and outreach efforts, even stepping out of the comfort zone with occasional cold calls to stir up new leads.
* Lend a hand with order processing and tackle administrative duties with a can-do attitude, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
*Requirement:*
* Degree from a post-secondary institution, with a keen interest in learning about our industry.
* Quick to learn our product range, sales approach, and workflow.
* Microsoft Office savvy with fast and accurate typing skills.
* Strong communicator, ready to engage and connect.
* Organized, detail-oriented, capable of juggling tasks in a lively setting.
* Independent yet collaborative, ready to contribute to team success.
* Professional phone manner, dependable, and adaptable to change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
