Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Organize buffets and banquets. Food safety/handling skills. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Monitor and inspect quality of material produced. Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
