AFIMAC Canada is seeking an experienced Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator for an upcoming, permanent assignment in Southwestern Ontario. You will earn: Between $60,000-$65,000 annually Job Responsibilities: Assist/conduct new employee orientation and onboarding Produce, manage and file confidential materials Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues by working closely with other HR team members Utilize HRIS and payroll software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes Complete WSIB monthly premium reporting, year-end audit requirements and process T4 information Process month-end duties, including accruals or reversals for vacation and WSIB, employee counts, KPIs, and other reports, as needed Act as primary payroll contact for all employees and Service Canada/government bodies Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned Process and manage the full cycle payroll Ensure organizations compliance- LocationNiagara Falls, ON
