Job Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and professional after-sales service support through email, online chat, or social media platforms.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding product usage, order processing, returns, and exchanges, offering effective solutions.
* Track and handle customer service requests, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
* Assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting, providing basic technical support.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback, suggesting improvements for products and services.
* Maintain customer service logs and records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development teams, to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service processes.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of customer service or related experience, with preference given to those with experience in e-commerce platforms.
* Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of interacting with customers in a clear and professional manner.
* Good problem-solving skills, able to think independently and quickly provide solutions to customers.
* Familiarity with online customer service software and CRM systems, with basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
* High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
* In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, keeping up with the latest market trends and technological developments.
