Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Cost products and services. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
