Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements. Prepare and post notices and advertisements. Collect and screen applicants. Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs. Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
