Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Food and beverage plant. Tasks: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). MS Office. Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards . Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures. Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results. Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis. Conduct safety training programs. Sample products, perform tests and record data. Inspect finished and pre-finished products. Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards. Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs. Conduct routine laboratory tests and sample analyses. Check and monitor product quality. Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures. Develop and conduct programs of analysis to ensure quality control of raw materials, chemical intermediates or final products. Conduct quality control assessment of testing techniques.
