Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
