<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><strong>Licensed machine operators needed</strong>. Must have valid forklift license. Experience operating order picker, turret truck/reach truck and forklift.</p><p>We will not review any applicants who are not licensed operators.</p><p>Moda at Home Enterprises is looking for energetic, conscientious, motivated individuals who can join our logistics team to help grow and improve our warehouse operation.</p><p>You're a "jack or Jill of all trades" warehouse team member with an operators license.</p><p>This position comes with a great opportunity for growth with a company that has recently moved to Oshawa. We have moved to a larger facility to better serve our expanding North American and Global clientele base.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Able to adhered to all safety rules, regulations and company policies.</li><li>Operates a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products.</li><li>Picks orders and stock from warehouse to fill customer orders.</li><li>Sort, organize, prepare all picked orders while monitoring for accuracy and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Makes labels and attaches them to goods.</li><li>Offloading and sorting of trailers/ inventory upon receipt binning of all new inbound freight cycle counting when required supporting internal audit requirements.</li><li>Works in a methodical and efficient manner to optimize picking process and meet daily delivery deadlines.</li><li>Assists other team members during peak periods and as needed.</li></ul><p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li>Valid forklift license a must. Experience operating; order picker, turret truck/reach truck, forklift, dollies, hand trucks and pallet lifters.</li><li>Needs to possess steel-toed safety boots and work in a safe manner in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Able to work in warehouse environment.</li><li>Able to understand work flow and warehousing 101.</li><li>Able to read product codes and quantities.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Team player able to listen and remain calm even under stressful situations.</li><li>Able to work under minimal supervision.</li><li>Able to work in fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to adhere to all Covid 19 protection protocols and instructions, including the wearing of a face mask.</li></ul><p>To Qualify:</p><ul><li>High School diploma required;1-2 years of post-secondary an asset.</li><li>Valid machine operator licence from a certified machine licensing company.</li><li>At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Able to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.</li><li>Must be able to read and write English.</li><li>Must have good communication skills.</li><li>Must have good organization skills.</li><li>Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).</li><li>Is a team player and results oriented.</li></ul></div>- LocationOshawa, ON
