As the Member Service Representative I you will promote and sell credit union products and services while processing member transactions through a range of routine cash and non-cash services to new and existing members. You will seek opportunities for our members financial wellness and make quality referrals to our retail team. What We Are Looking For . . . . . To be considered for our Member Service Representative I position, you must have Grade 12 education with post-secondary education being preferred, and up to one year of related sales and customer service experience. If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus! You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash accurately and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
