Company events like BBQ parties, Christmas supper, etc.</span></li></ul><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span><br><ul><li><p>Ensure collection of accounts receivable within agreed upon terms to minimize bad debt expenses as well as promote good customer relations;</p></li><li><p>Ensure reconciliation of accounts and identification of ways to attempt to resolve delinquent accounts and disputed cases;</p></li><li><p>Support the release of orders on a daily basis according to the margin available in the customer account</p></li><li><p>Maintain various reports: credit applications / customer list / age of accounts receivable / check report;</p></li><li><p>Account for cash receipts and collect invoice payments from accounts receivable;</p></li></ul> <br> <ul><li>DEC in administrative technique with accounting option combined with 3 years of relevant experienceor equivalent;</li><li>Bilingual (reading and writing);</li><li>Proficiency in the Office Suite computer systems and an accounts receivable module;</li><li>Ability to interact professionally with customers and be able to deal with emotional reactions;</li><li>Demonstrate analytical and listening skills;</li><li>Have a sense of autonomy and initiative for problem solving;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure;</li><li>Possess a sense of teamwork;</li></ul>- LocationMirabel, QC
