We invite you to join our best team on our journey to create solutions for a sustainable future Vendor Manager (2202118) – Ontario  Where the Chemistry Happens… The Vendor Manager is responsible to monitor and improve the overall performance of the partner on operational level and manage the business requirement and expectations, conduct market analyses on possible new partnerships, define, review and monitor partner delivery and commercial performance dimensions / partnership KPIs and define and negotiate the allocation of the credits of services / contracts and manage invoice amount. Formula for Success: You Will… Regional Vendor Manager for TES-AMM – IT Asset Disposal Services:Maintain Relationship to TES-AMM Management in the Region NA. Assist IBP/REM-Reps with disposal arrangements, monitor the request status, the disposal results, and the service quality the vendor provides. It is also to review the disposal report and the monthly invoice correctness, as well as communicating the local IT FI contact with the asset update report. Manage escalations both towards the IBP and the provider, take care of Root Cause Analysis’ and actively drive Continuous Service Improvement measures. Represent the service towards the global Vendor Manager located in Germany Regional Vendor Manager for Computacenter – IT Point Services:As an OVM, it is to collaborate with the Local Coordinators in managing the service provider to meet the expected high quality service and the satisfaction from the customers. It is to regularly monitor the ticket performance and quality and approve and process the monthly invoice. It is also to have regular communication to the team members and keep a good relationship among each others. Manage escalations both towards the IBP and the provider, take care of Root Cause Analysis’ and actively drive Continuous Service Improvement measures. Represent the service towards the global Vendor Manager located in Germany Deputize and support the regional Vendor Manager for HP – Printing Services Support the regional OVM for HP in managing the contract with and the service delivered by the provider.???????Deputize and support the regional Vendor Manager for Atos – Workplace Services dWoF Support the regional OVM for Atos in managing the contract with and the service delivered by the provider.???????Participate in global and/or RFI / RFP processes in collaboration with the global Vendor Manager and/or procurement.
