At CanNor, HR Advisors are generalists who work on all aspects of HR. Most new HR Advisors come to the team with experience in one or two areas and then they develop in the other areas through experience and training. There is often an opportunity to travel for training. Over time, HR Advisors get experience working in staffing, recruitment, training, labour relations, classification/job evaluation, HR planning and compensation.
