Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Area of Specialization: Investment funds. Collections. Specific Skills: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Oversee the preparation of reports. Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications. Establish and implement policies and procedures for buying and selling of financial products. Authorize loan and credit applications. Advise senior management. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
