Job Match is a service that allows employers and job seekers to be matched based on their respective needs and profiles.
Let employers come to you
To help you with your job search, the Job Match feature will match your profile with job postings on Job Bank. Your specific criteria (skills, education, experience and location) are matched to job postings requiring similar criteria. Employers can see your profile and invite you to apply for the job.
Access Job Match through your user account
To access the Job Match service, you must first register with Job Bank. You will be required to provide some personal information such as your Social Insurance Number (SIN), mother's maiden name and date of birth. If you are an Express Entry candidate, you must register using your Express Entry profile number and your job seeker validation code.
Job Match is also available for employersIf you are looking to recruit or hire new employees, Job Match can help you tailor your recruitment and attract the right candidates.
