The Government of Canada’s Work-Sharing Program supports employers and their workers while businesses adjust to a changing labour market.  

If you are an employer with a Work-Sharing agreement, you can use Job Bank’s Training Finder to access thousands of training courses for you and your employees. It’s free and easy to use.
